My Pom Pom Necklace (As seen on Little Miss Momma)

Aint I This necklace adorable?

I was totally smitten after spotting it over at Little Miss Momma, It's a perfect little accent to any outfit.

I had  striped t-shirt that didn't fit Janet anymore and cut it up into tiny circles to make this necklace.

Is this considered a refashion? I did put an old piece of clothing to good use, Refashionista style.
